Through the Planning Process, the planning team is dedicated to working with applicants and the host municipality to ensure that applications are set and ready to be developed. We are here to assist and navigate the process each step of the way.
The Planning Division is responsible for providing planning services and advice on all planning matters to local municipalities.

- Reviews and amendments

- Condominium and subdivision development review
- Professional planning advice to Committee of Adjustment and Planning Advisory Committee
- Free pre-consultation planning service
- Preparation of County/Municipal responses to provincial initiatives
